A prevalent theme for many people is a feeling of overwhelm or not accomplishing much. As a Wellness Consultant and Health Advocate, the most common question Brigitte has received is "how can I make more time each day?" 

This course provides a simple method that helps busy people, particularly parents, organize and prioritize their days to "make more time."  Brigitte developed this course into 5 easy lessons.

We are all in control of how we spend our time. Our time is valuable and we should view each day as a gift.

What does your ideal day look like? How often do you live your ideal day?

How you spend each day is an indication of who you are and what you'll be able to accomplish. Are you ready to re-prioritize and make more time?

I really enjoyed this course. I found it very helpful in breaking down the different areas of my day and life, to establish my priorities and create a schedule. It helped me to reevaluate what I spend time on that is unnecessary or time consuming, and eliminate those things which are not a priority. Brigitte offered helpful tips, downloads, and informed me of some cool apps that look to be very helpful. I recommend this course if you ever feel stressed, unorganized, or that you're running out of time - it will help! But even if you are just curious to learn some new tools and ideas to implement into your scheduling system, you will learn a lot here.
